"Over the past six months I have lost over 60lbs, part of what worked for me was setting small goals and non-food rewards for each goal reached. Having a photoshoot at Gloss Boudoir was the reward that I decided for reaching my "goal weight" (Now that I reached that, I have a new one to achieve... so I will be back!) 
I am very proud of the work that I have put in, and results that I have achieved, but learning to love what I look like is a struggle. To be honest, my hope is these photos will help me see what my husband sees."
