Will my images be shown on your website or on social media?
Your images will never (EVER!) be posted online without your ok. After your shoot we’ll show you the images that we’re interested in posting and you can say yes or no. We’re totally cool either way! There won’t be any pressure to share your personal images anywhere.
How do I choose my outfits?
Choose outfits that make you feel sexy and comfortable. Whether you prefer bra and panty sets, boy shorts and a sweater or garters and a bustier, pick outfits that you love, in colours that are flattering and make sure that they fit you properly! Once you book your shoot and pay your deposit, you’ll receive an email outlining all the details on how to prepare for your shoot and wardrobe ideas.
What about hair and makeup, do I do it myself?
Professional makeup application is included in every full priced session. We’ll make you up with a gorgeous “Boudoir” style soft smokey eye and glossy nude lip and make you look like a sexy and glammed up version of yourself! Hair is an add-on option for your session, if you choose to add on hair then we’ll style your hair in big Victoria’s Secret waves to finish your look. If you choose to do you own hair then please come with your hair fully styled before the shoot.
How do I prepare for my shoot?
After your contract is signed and your session is secured, we send out a very detailed set of emails with information on how to prepare, what to bring, and how to pose! This way we ensure that you get all of the info you need to make your shoot spectacular!
Can I bring a friend to the shoot?
As our studio space is quite cozy and we prefer a one on one experience with each of our clients, therefore we do ask that you do not bring any friends along.
I’m ready to book a shoot, what’s next?
Choose your preferred package on the “Pricing” page and then hit “Request a quote” at the bottom of the page. You’ll be taken to our contact page to fill out your info and then or studio manager Marcee will be in touch to get you booked in for your shoot. A $250 deposit is due when you sign your contract and we take all major credit cards and email transfers.
If I am late will I still get my full shooting time?
We strongly encourage you to be on time, because we may not be able to accommodate you if you’re late. We book several clients per day and our scheduling is based on every client being on time and shooting for their chosen package. If you’re late then it will cut into your shooting time, as we have to be ready for our next client at her scheduled time.
If I can’t make my shoot date, can I reschedule?
Absolutely. We require a minimum of 14 days notice to reschedule a shoot. If you contact us to reschedule less than 14 days before your shoot, you forget about your appointment or you reschedule more than twice, your retainer is not transferable and we charge a rescheduling fee. When you sign your contract, we block off those hours to work with you, thus turning away people interested in shooting that day and time.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of photography, the session price and any products ordered are non-refundable. You have final say on the retouching and any custom album design and nothing goes to print without your approval.
Where do the shoots take place?
In Vancouver, shoots are done (by appointment only) at our studio in Gastown, located at #502 – 119 W Pender Street, Vancouver BC Canada
